We are now implementing innovative ways in which we are able to continue to serve your eye care needs during this time of crisis.

In an effort to keep healthy people out of emergency rooms and urgent care facilities, we will be triaging and treating remotely many emergent eye conditions with technology allowing you to video call our staff and doctor.  If possible, we will treat it remotely, however if we determine that an in-office visit is necessary to adequately address your concern, we can schedule an in-office visit on a case-by-case basis.

Based on the CDC guidelines, we will be limiting in-office visits to urgent/emergent and essential eye care until the threat to our community is reduced.

If you are running low on contact lenses, please let us know and we will ship them directly to your door. If you break or lose your glasses, let us know, we will find a solution. If you are running low on your eye supplements or lid scrubs, let us know, we can get more for you.

Examples of why you might schedule a Virtual At Home Office Visit:

  • red eyes
  • itchy eyes
  • eye pain or discomfort
  • injuries in or around the eye
  • styes
  • sudden vision changes/ loss of vision
  • dry eyes

Scheduling your Virtual visit is easy:

Call us at 563-588-2093 to let us know that you would like to schedule a Virtual At Home Office Visit. A staff member will assist you in scheduling a convenient time for your appointment.

Thank you for your continued support and be safe!
